The aim was to make something more fierce, more wild than any of the component wines on their own. None of the wines were skin-fermented, yet we wanted something of the power and wildness of skin-fermented white wine.\u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt;This wine is more dense and more serious than our Lopez Blanc, but not as civilized as Lone Wolf or as sophisticaed as the two Palomino Reserves.
