Harvested early for maximum freshness, fermented spontaneously and raised for about a year in neutral 225-500L French and Austrian barrels and 2500L foudres. It is also Raúl’s first white wine to go through full malolactic fermentation.\u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt;This wine resembles Burgundy as much as Bierzo – rich, textured, with beautiful chamomile flower and frangipane aromas.
