De Bartoli’s Catarratto vines are not on the home estate in Samperi contrada in Marsala but slightly north in the province of Trapani. These 2 hectares of 20-year-old vines are planted on sandy loam soils on flat land, organically farmed and hand-harvested. The whole clusters are cooled down and pressed gently; the must is naturally settled for 48 hours before a spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and a tiny bit of sulfur in stainless steel tanks. The fully dry wine is aged on its fine lees in steel for 7 months and bottled with a light, non-sterile filtration. “Lucido” is named for a less-common sub-variety of Catarratto (which takes its name from its shiny skins) and is bottled as an IGT Terre Siciliane.\u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;","brand":"My Store","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":45131243356342,"sku":"22561","price":7.5,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0727\/1251\/9862\/files\/2024marcodebartolilucidocatarr_22561_01_3e76fe3d_1a0da23a-4acf-4883-b17a-a18f8fc39e17.jpg?v=1779094716","url":"https:\/\/noblebottle.com\/products\/2024marcodebartolilucidocatarratto-sicily-italy-22561","provider":"noblebottle","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
