It’s aged in new and charred oak barrels \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;under two years\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; in the moody climate of Texas, where temperatures swing from scorching hot to cozy cold in just one day and where barrels breathe at a much faster rate. It’s also diluted with Hill Country spring water and there are no dirty additives and \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;no flavor enhancements\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;.
