A rich, warm, generous palate with concentrated blackberry fruit, backed by acidity and ripe tannins. Good concentration with coffee and spicy vanilla notes – bright through to the finish.\u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt;Produced from 15-30 year old Garnacha vines from selected vineyards at 500-600m altitude and 10 year old Syrah vines. The poor stony, sandy soils, low night-time temperatures and moderate yields give grapes with excellent colour, extract and acidity.
