Quite simply, in Scot’s Gaelic the word \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;“Mòine”\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; means\u0026lt;em\u0026gt; “peat” \u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;— as in the peat smoke used to dry the malted barley — and identifies their peated offerings. There is an entire line of Mòine Single Malts with various finishes and aging regimens.
