He thinks that each cask should tell its own unique tale, so he travels to Scotland and Ireland to hand-select single casks from the inventories of the world’s greatest distilleries. Then he \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;custom bottles\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; each one with its own story. How many bottles, you ask? Well, until the barrel is empty.\u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt;The \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;Prologue \u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;was introduced in \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;2021 \u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;and is the newest of their Whisky series, focusing on younger Spirits that are at the beginning stages of \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;developing the complexity,\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; while still showcasing the characteristics of the distillery and region. It’s a small batch blended Malt Whisky from the Highland and Speyside regions. Limited to \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;6,000 bottles,\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; it’s the largest batch Chapter 7 has produced thus far.
