Complex, concentrated, and structured; the low tannins and bright acidity, alongside a slight bitterness, make this a great food wine. \u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt;Joël Lapalue started his vineyard in 1994, going organic from the beginning and being the sole local producer to do so for close to a decade.
