Facing west, the estate cultivates Gamay, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Syrah. Peter is one of the rare winegrowers in this micro-appellation of Mâcon-Bray. From the start, he was keen to cultivate his vines organically. His peasant common sense, his love of the plant and his convictions naturally pushed him to adopt this method of cultivation.
