Already very successful in producing the classic Austrian Schnapps he had become famous for, he decided to \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;take a chance on the production of Whiskies\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; as well — developing several varieties. \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;Farthofer Bio-Nackthafer Oat \u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;is a natural, organic, Single Grain Oat Whiskey aged for a minimum of three years in lightly toasted\u0026lt;em\u0026gt; French oak casks\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; that previously held \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;Mostello \u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;(sweet Pear Brandy).
