The perfumery of senses is just lovely as you raise the glass to take each luscious sip. \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;Glendalough Rose Gin\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; certainly qualifies on all counts, and then some. It starts with their classic dry \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;Wild Botanical Gin \u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;recipe. But they then\u0026lt;em\u0026gt; re-distill\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; it to each the juniper notes and infuse three kinds of rose petals — Heritage, Damask, and wild Irish roses from the local Wicklow Mountains. It’s a \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;truly lovely sipper\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;… it’s almost romantic.
