In 2008 it was bought by the \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;BenRiach\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; distillery with the intention of bringing this brand back to life, and rightfully so. \u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;em\u0026gt;Glenglassaugh Evolution\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; is a limited edition, which joins the Revival bottling. Aged in \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;ex-Tennessee Whiskey\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; casks that were used to age George Dickel, it was bottled at cask strength. Evolution is part of Glenglassaugh’s series of single malts that \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;celebrate the variety of casks\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; in which Scotch is aged.
