In the heart of this South Tyrolean wine region the Terlano winery was established in 1893. Today the co-operative has over 200 members and a total area of 240 hectares. 70% of the vineyard acreage is planted with white grapes. In modern cellars the fruits of this careful, natural cultivation are turned into wine with that perfect touch and the necessary controls.Because of the mineral content of the wines the region of Terlano is also frequently likened to French vine growing areas.
