He went to work and began experimentation: \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;42 macerations\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; and \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;33 micro-distillations later\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;, the final recipe was reated.\u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;em\u0026gt;Gin Normindia\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; is 100% produced at the family estate. The maceration lasts for 4 to 12 days in a stainless steel vat before the Gin is distilled in the smallest \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;Calvados copper still,\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt; yielding 10,000 bottles per batch. The recipe is comprised of \u0026lt;em\u0026gt;15 botanicals\u0026lt;\/em\u0026gt;, including apple, orange, cinnamon, juniper, lily, clove, ginger, and coriander.
