Our Cabernet has benefited from a wonderful growing season. Following harvest – in April – the fruit was fermented in 20T static fermenters before being transferred to second and third fill French oak Hogsheads for 9 months maturation.\u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt;The label ‘Favourite Son’ acknowledges that when it comes to wine, like sons: one can never choose a favourite.
