The whisky is then aged for a minimum of 17 years in a combination of American white oak casks, sherry casks, and Japanese Mizunara oak casks. The resulting whisky is a symphony of flavours and aromas, with notes of honey, vanilla, and oak on the nose, and flavours of dried fruit, caramel, and spice on the palate.
