Notes of malt and cereals. A little sweetness from the golden syrup. Reassuringly well balanced. The addition of water initially brings out a waxier note, with traces of sweet chestnut and angelica glace, and then a whiff of smoke or charred wood.\u0026lt;\/p\u0026gt;\u0026lt;p\u0026gt; PALATE Without water, the flavor is sweet at the beginning and then dry at the end.
