<p>La Côte aux Enfants Champagne is a wine composed of 100% Grand Cru pinot noir, from the single La Côte aux Enfants plot. This champagne has been cellar aged with natural cork for twice as long as required by appellation. Dosage is low, 4 grams per litre.</p><p>The 2013 wine year is marked by a succession of particular climatic conditions: a rainy spring but combined with a hot summer with the strongest sunshine ever recorded in Champagne. Despite these strong constraints, this harvest offers grapes of high quality, particularly for the Grand Cru d’Aÿ.</p><p>-From Bollinger</p>
