<p>Crafted from a 0.3-hectare plot in the esteemed Les Fremières lieu-dit, this wine exemplifies Domaine Leroy’s commitment to biodynamic viticulture and meticulous winemaking. The grapes undergo hand harvesting and are transported in refrigerated trucks to the winery. Upon arrival, they are sorted by hand on two large sorting tables to ensure only the healthiest fruit is selected. Fermentation takes place in large wooden barrels without destemming or crushing, preserving native yeasts. After pressing, the wine is transferred to an underground cave until the completion of malolactic fermentation. Subsequently, it is moved to a second, deeper, and cooler cellar where it remains until bottling. This meticulous process results in a wine of exceptional purity and complexity</p>
