Old vine fruit (50–90 years) from lieux-dits like Bessards and Greffieux is fermented in stainless, then aged 40 months in new oak. Monumental and dense but precisely constructed, this is all black fruit, graphite, smoke, and spice—Hermitage at full volume.</p>
