<p>A rare, long-élevage rosé from Cabernet Franc grown in Anjou and originally harvested/vinified by Xavier Caillard (Jardins d’Esmeraldins); the wine was later finished and bottled by VHC négoce for Les Jardins de la Martinière. Fruit from clay-limestone, SE-facing slopes was fermented with native yeasts after a ~10-day whole-bunch maceration/infusion, then raised for an extended period—multi-year aging split between stainless steel and old barrels—and bottled unfined, unfiltered with little to no SO₂.</p>
