<p>100% Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru, sourced from old vines rooted in pure chalk. Vinified by Frédéric Savart: spontaneous fermentation and aging in oak barrels, no malolactic conversion, with extended lees aging. Bottled for secondary fermentation (tirage) in spring 2017, disgorged in October 2022 with 2g/L dosage.</p><p>A razor-edged blanc de blancs—chiseled, saline, and ultra-fine. Structured more like white Burgundy than classic Champagne. Savart’s Haute Couture lives up to its name: exacting, expressive, and resolutely site-specific.</p>
