<p>Exclusively Rabigato, from vineyards located in the highest regions – about 500 m– which provides a slow maturation and, therefore, the production of high qualitygrapes.</p><p>After the production of the wine base, made with a minimalist technology (in away to allow the expression of the grape and terroir) it was held a second alcoholicfermentation in bottle. The fermentation´s temperature in basement was in theorder of 14 to 15 º C and after its conclusion the wine stood in contact with theyeast culture for one year – to improve the creamy effect and smooth texture in themouth as well as the aromatic complexity.</p><p>From the importer</p>
