<p>A single-parcel Chardonnay from the Montjolys lieu-dit in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, drawn from old vines rooted deep in pure chalk. Fermented in steel and raised long on lees, the 2017 shows Péters’ hallmark precision in a cooler, high-tension vintage: laser-cut citrus, crushed chalk, fine salinity, and subtle brioche from extended aging. The bead is ultra-fine, the palate taut but layered, finishing long, mineral, and classically Mesnil. A sharp, site-driven expression at the top of the grower Blanc de Blancs ladder.</p>
