Soil worked manually (4-5 passes annually); ratio of 1 vineyard worker per hectare; all hand harvested.</p><p>Vinification: Each terroir vinified separately in foudres and conserved separately before blending</p><p>Aging:48+ months sur lattes, zero dosage.
