<p>Poulsard from Arbois guided by Alice’s touch. The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins for ten days, before being pressed off to cuve for a year’s rest. A beautiful shade of brick in the glass, this has soaring aromas of red fruits, blood orange and spice, a hint of tannin and a zippy, invigorating finish.</p>
