Yields were down 50% in 2018due to mildew, but the berries were particularly concentrated and flavorful as a result.• Average Vine Age: 27-42 years• Farming Practices: Biodynamic (in conversion)• Vinification: Old fashioned vertical press. Only indigenous yeasts are used. The wine completedmalolactic fermentation. Vinified in fiberglass tanks. SO2 added at racking after fermentation and atbottling, no other inputs.• Aging: 7-9 months in fiberglass tanks• Fining/Filtration:• SO2: 16mg total</p>
