<p>From the heart of the Les Clos amphitheater on Kimmeridgian limestone, this Chardonnay is hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented with native yeasts before a long, low-intervention élevage in seasoned oak and tank. The 2018 vintage brings ripe citrus and orchard fruit layered with oyster-shell salinity, iodine, and cool chalk.
