<p>VINEYARD: The grapes for the Dunn Caberent Sauvignon Howell Mountain are sourced exclusively from five estate vineyards over 42 acres at 1,400+ feet in elevation. The vineyards and winery are located in the town of Angwin on Howell Mountain</p><p>SOIL: Red, volcanic soil</p><p>VINIFICATION: The grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed and feremented in stainless steel tanks. Then transferred to barrel to undergo Malolactic fermentation and aging. The wine is racked every 6 months. Sulphiur is about 25 ppm.AGING32 months in French oak barrels (100% new)</p><p>PRODUCTION: 500 cases</p><p><p>-Importer’s Note</p>
