<p>A vibrant expression of mountain Cabernet. The nose ranges from fresh brambleberry, strawberry, coriander, and violets. The palate has an elegant structure and silkiness that bounces across your mouth with notes of high-tone blueberry with graphite, petrichor, and briny olive. Upon entry, polished tannins take hold and are framed with incredible acidity. This wine is drinking beautifully right now, however it will definitely go the distance in regards to aging. 25% whole cluster fermentation, basket pressed, and aged in new Stockinger and neutral 500 liter barrels for 21 months.
