Planted in 1971 to mostly Pinot Noir and 50 acres of Chardonnay. This site is one of the crown jewels within the Santa Rita Hills AVA SOIL Shale with loam and clay VITICULTURE Farmed using organic methods VINIFICATION The fruit was pressed and fermented in stainless steel tank using indigenous yeasts then transferred to neutral barrel for malolactic fermentation.</p>
