<p>Les Mignottes is an old vine pinot noir (planted in 1970) with ideal exposure on thesouth-facing slopes of Bouzy. Grapes are harvested by hand from low-yieldingvines (35 hl/hectares) and vinified following burgundian-traditional principals: 15days vatting period using native yeasts, 12 months in French oak barrels and notfiltered or fined before bottling.</p>
