<p>From a small 8–10 ha plot on gravel-sandy soils in the heart of Pomerol, this 2019 is typically blended from ~75% Merlot and ~25% Cabernet Franc. The vines are farmed organically (conversion since 2009) and hand-harvested. Vinification uses native yeasts and traditional methods; élevage runs ~20 months in French oak barrels.</p>
