<p>This cuvée is a blend of Savagnin, Chardonnay, and Poulsard grown on red and brown marl in Sainte Agnès. The vines are between 25 and 50 years old. The grapes are dried on straw mats before the concentrated juice is gently pressed into barrel for fermentation. After six years in barrel, the wine is racked and bottled. 120g/l RS</p>
