Farmed with organic and regenerative, polyculture & agro forestry methods.</p><p>Vinified and aged for 7 months in steel tank and old wooden tank. </p><p>The Calcinaires Blanc bottling from Gérard and Lionel Gauby is made from a blend of Macabeu, Vermentino, Chardonnay, and Muscat, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Aromas of tart apple, green olive, salty soil tones, a touch of bay leaf, and a note of gently musky floral tones. On the palate, medium-bodied, crisp, and quite dry in style, with a good core. Lovely focus and grip on the long, zesty, and acid-driven finish.</p>
