<p>Not eligible for case discount</p><p>100% Chenin Blanc from 45 year old vines on clay and schist farmed biodynamically.</p><p>Les Fouchardes comes from a single vineyard of the same name. The Angeli are the only ones to cultivate it and thus declare it as a monopole on the label. </p><p>Grapes are direct pressed then fermented and aged for two years in double barriques. A small amount of natural volcanic sulfur is added at bottling.</p>
