<p>VINEYARD: The grapes for the Dunn Caberent Sauvignon Napa are sourced from five estate vineyards over 42 acres at 1,400+ feet in elevation, as well as some purchased fruit from valley floor vineyards. The vineyards and winery are located in the town of Angwin on Howell Mountain</p><p>SOIL: Volcanic</p><p>VINIFICATION: The grapes are hand harvested, de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then transferred to barrel to undergo malolactic fermentation and aging. The wine is racked every 6 months. Sulphur levels are around 25 ppm.</p><p>AGING: 32 months in French oak barrels (100% new)</p><p>-Importer’s Note</p>
