<p>Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Bourboulenc, Clairette, Picardan, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, Picpoul Blanc & Gris</p><p>Age of the Vines: 32 to 52 years old</p><p>Soil: Marl, Clay & Limestone</p><p>Farming: Biodynamic farming, vines planted in complantation, bush vines, harvested by hand by parcels</p><p>Winemaking: Sorted at the winery, direct press, fermention in large wood tanks. Then ageing in woodcasks and stainless steel demi-muids and concrete vats for 36 months (used to be 18 to 24 months). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.</p>
