<p>This is 100% Chardonnay from two old-vine lieux-dits in Avize—Robarts and Gros Yeux—where deeper bands of clay over pure chalk give breadth without losing the Côte des Blancs’ mineral line. The 2019 base was fermented and raised about a year in oak (no fining or filtration), then matured long on lees in bottle before late disgorgement in 2025. It is finished Extra Brut at roughly 3 g/L, delivering a concentrated yet stone-cut profile</p>
