<p>The Rain is a blend of Cab Franc and Pinot Gris. The Cab undergoes carbonic macerated and the Gris fermented on skins for 30 days. All the wines see puncheon to settle and aged in oak. We haven’t tried yet, but after 2018 have complete confidence in Patrick’s skills. Lots of fruit weight, structure and a mouthful of bright cherries, raspberries and hints of spice with soft tannins.</p>
