<p>The Riesling vines were first planted at Barrow Vineyard in 2013, when the Bloomers purchased the hillside site on the east side of Seneca Lake. The grapes were hand-harvested, crushed, and fermented on skins for approximately 21 days. The skins were pressed off and the wine sat on lees for one year in stainless steel before bottling, unfined/unfiltered.</p>
