<p>Verso is an orangish/white natural wine made from a blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon co-fermented in qvevri and inox tanks. A small portion of SB fermented as whole clusters in qvevri, the remainder the clusters are pressed as juice directly over the whole berries of SB. Sealed in qvevri to ferment over 3 months into inox tanks to settle. The grapes are farmed organically in the Yorkville Highlands, Mendocino, CA. No additions.</p>
