<p>Ah Um is fresh and lively red natural wine made from 35% Syrah, 40% Viognier, 25% Mourvèdre co-fermented in qvevri and inox (steel) tanks. Pressed after 7 days into qvevri and then inox tanks for élevage. The grapes are farmed organically on gravely loam/schist, in Calaveras, Sierra Foothills, CA. No additions.</p>
