Hand-harvested fruit is fermented with native yeasts and aged in cement and older barrels to preserve purity and crunch.</p><p>The 2020 shows dark raspberry and redcurrant, graphite, leafy spice, and a subtle pyrazine snap, framed by fine, supple tannins.
