<p>ORGANIC: Certified</p><p>VINEYARD: Vignes de Ratier is a sunny terroir in the village of Morogues where the bedrock lies just centimenters below the surface. 7,500 vines/hectare</p><p>SOIL: Kimmeridgian marl bedrock under just 50 centimeters of topsoil.</p><p>VINIFICATION: Direct pressing of grapes, fermented with natural yeast in a combination of wooden vats and tank.</p><p>AGING: Aged in on the lees in a combination on 70% wood (Foudres and used 400L barrels) and 30% tank.</p>
