<p>Starting with the 2016 vintage, the single-vineyard village-level wine Savigny-les-Beaune Les Bourgeots was no longer be produced, instead being blended into this Savigny village wine. </p><ul><li>Size: 3.9 ha (9.6 ac)</li><li>Variety: Pinot Noir</li><li>Vine Age: Planted from 1965 to 1978</li><li>Terroir: Medium-deep white clay and limestone soils on the right bank of the Rhoin</li><li>Viticulture: Sustainable. No herbicides or pesticides.</li><li>Vinification: 100% whole cluster. 4-5 day cool maceration at 15°C. Ambient yeast fermentation with pump-overs and foot punch-downs. Aged in barrels (0-20% new). Racked once.</li></ul><p>Arrives October 2025.</p>
