<p>From 65 year old vines in Muschelkalk soils 65 year old vines on Muschelkalk, (shelly limestone). Cold-macerated for a week without fermentation. After, it’s pressed gently and put into used barriques for one year on the full lees without batonage. After a year, the wines is racked off the lees and placed in stainless steel vats for another full year. Insanely delicious stuff. </p>
