<p>Eric’s Brézème is all Syrah from the micro-appellation of Brézème: bordering the southern Rhône, this tiny little area of decomposed limestone produces some wildly unique wines like nowhere else.</p><p>Winemaking:Mostly whole cluster, one week maceration. Fermented and aged in large concrete vats.</p>
