<p>A rare one off bottling from James Jelks, from Chardonnay planted in the Blue Jay vineyard in Santa Cruz. After a native fermentation the wine is raised and topped up for a long three and a half years. A mere 44 cases were produced. A special wine from one of our favorite new talents. </p>
