<p>All of the Fiano on Guido’s property comes from one 7 hectare vineyard in Summonte, the highest point in Avellino. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel with some fine lees contact. He bottles after twelve months and lets it rest in bottle for another year before it is released.</p>
